Benefits of attending a RawBoys class
Each class will be a mix of information sharing, discussion, demonstrations and food tastings. We will present recipes that nicely demonstrate underlying techniques and principles of plant based raw food preparation.
We make raw food commercially and have done so for many years. We operate our own raw food cafe as well as supply to markets, health food shops, cafes and restaurants and we cater to a number of business and private clients from Byron to Brisbane and beyond. We have learned many practical lessons over the years and we happily share these in our classes.
We are available after class via email to answer questions and help you overcome any post lesson hiccups. In addition, our classes are not just an introduction to raw food, but also an introduction to a community of like-minded and passionate foodies who will support you long after the end-of-class bell has sounded. Post class, we always encourage our “students” to stay connected via our facebook and instagram pages.
Homework
Just kidding, there isn’t any homework.
